Subscription plans are billed monthly and are non-refundable during the subscription period, except where the Service is unavailable due to our fault. Traffic is a monthly quota; unused traffic does not carry over. Device limits vary by plan as specified in the plan description.
Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and preventing unauthorized access. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. We are not liable for losses resulting from your own negligence.
Service changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time, with advance notice to users where possible (except in emergencies). Accounts terminated for violations of these terms are not eligible for refunds.

Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may seek arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
